“Había una vez” Project
This project is a mischievous and thoughtful proposal of urban landscape that combines various elements of reclycled art in functional parts of urban value. Jointly with the solution to the need of expansion of the parking garage and a larger welcome area for Zona Franca San Isidro, the proposal is not only looking for enriching the experience of arrival, but to convert this space in a contribution to the urban environment and an experiential, experimental and allegories offer.
In the central islet are concentrated the greater quantity of elements: the Drums of Recycling, metal cylinders filled with bottles of colors lit from within to bring the spectacle of lights night; the Forest of Lamps, made of PVC , perforated on gabions of 2.00 x 2.00 meters; the Paper Boats, made from recycled offset plates on a professional water mirror ; and The Hives, which are offered as items of use to the city, spaces where the people can be expect public transport vehicles under a structure made of recycled PVC pipes used for telephony.
Toward the side of the project is the Forest of Dry Trunks, a rescue of wooden poles for electric lighting. The place is Zoomorfia scenario, a proposal to convert scrap recycling in animals of all kinds.
