G&K aquired a state of the art manufacturing facility in 1994 within the San Isidro Free Zone which continues to diversify and grow. G&K’s manufacturing base has gone through innovations that allow for greater product diversity, shorter production turn times and improved product quality. The plant has been equipped with a modern fabric laboratory and continues to innovate with modern equipment, all with an eye toward enhancing uniform quality as well as driving overall cost and quality performance.
The Dominican Republic’s logistics and availability of skilled personnel have allowed G&K Services to concentrate its contract services there as well, thus expanding G&K’s manufacturing base to six additional contracted plants.
